1. Can you send me a catalog?
You may request a free catalog by sending an email to PCINT Hospitality Support. Please provide details about your business along with your full mailing address.

2. Can I cancel or change my order after I submit it?
If your order has not shipped, you may request changes by contacting our Customer Service department via email at chinacs@pcf.com. Please provide your order number for prompt service.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?
In stock items generally ship from our facilities within 10 business days.

We take great care to ensure your merchandise arrives at its destination. Please help us by providing a complete and correct delivery address.

4. How will my order be shipped?
Cartons are shipped via ground by the least expensive carrier.

5. Will you send an order confirmation?
Online orders will receive an initial email confirmation of the order shortly after the order is placed. The email confirmation will list all the items in your order and the shipping address for the order.

All emails and letters are sent to you, the purchaser.

6. What if an item is missing from my order?

Your order may consist of several different boxes. Occasionally, the packages arrive on different days, even if we shipped them at the same time. If the full estimated total delivery time has passed and you haven’t received the missing item, please email our Customer Service department at chinacs@pcf.com.

7. Why did my order arrive in two or more shipments?
We make every effort to ship your entire order at the same time. If some products are backordered, we don’t want to hold up your entire order. We send you the in-stock products right away. We ship the backordered products as soon as they are available. Items may come from different locations.

8. What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment terms will be determined at the time of order.

9. How do I change my billing address?

10. Can we break case packs?
We do not break case pack quantities. Our system will only allow the user to order by the case.

11. How soon will the orders ship?
Generally, we aim to ship all orders within 10 business days.

12. Can I get a copy of my invoice?
Upon shipment of your order, your invoice will be sent to the email address provided at time of order.
