Since 2010, Yspring is committed to the research of capacitance touch IC, including self-capacitance and mutual-capacitance. Both of them have the company’s patent of low-power consumption of Puretouch technology. Based on built-in special circuit with software algorithm, the IC has the merit of  high-sensitive, low-consumption, stability as well as high anti-interference.

YS62FXXXX Serial：The serial with 32K ROM can be applied to the cellphone screen and touch panel with the features of high report rate, high performance and low power consumption.

YS68FXXXX Serial：The serial can be applied to the consumer electronics with build-in LCD driver, ADC, PWM, I2C, UART, SPI and etc, which is high integrated.

YS83、84 Serial：Integrated ADC and PWM, passed 10V conduction, with high performances of anti power ripple, voltage sag and CS interference, the chip is suitable for household appliances.

YS65FXXXX Serial：It is a type of small-package touch MCU, with high cost performance. It can be applied to the products of 5 touch channels with flexible pins.
